Avon has become one of my favorite brands at the moment. After recently giving their products a try, I realized that you get quality at such affordable prices! So, every half month, I’ve been looking at the Avon catalogs and scouring through the products on sale for ones that may tempt me.
For their June 1 to 15 catalog, I picked these five items. For one, I was quite impressed by their ultra moisture rich lipstick line. There were tons of colors I liked but I picked two that I didn’t have in my collection of lipsticks yet. Then, since I liked their mega impact gel eyeliner in Golden Fawn so much, I decided to get more eyeliners.

Among the three eyeliners, one is also from the Mega Impact line. It’s called Blackberry. Although it has a dark purple tinge, it can pass off as a black eyeliner. I really love the texture of the pencil as it glides on really smoothly plus it doesn’t smudge for ages! The next two are from the Smooth Minerals line, which, from the name, are mineral eye pencils. I only got to try them yesterday and as of yet, I am still undecided about them. I need to do a more comprehensive review in the coming weeks. Image may be NSFW.

Next on my hauls are the Rose lipsticks from the Ultra Moisture Lipstick collection. They are called rose lipsticks because every piece on the line has the word “rose” on it. Don’t really know why this is so. Image may be NSFW.

For this, I picked pieces that were from opposite ends of the pole. One is a really dark and rich plum lipstick while the other is a soft and almost nude lipstick.

I’m very excited about Jubilee Rose. It’s definitely not an everyday lipstick, unlike French Lace Rose, but it will surely make a huge statement. Image may be NSFW.
